Course Description:

This session will provide an overview of the Admission Transfer and Discharge regulations at §483.15, with an emphasis on the review the most commonly cited Admission Transfer and Discharge Requirements. Strategies to avoid citations related to Admission Transfer and Discharge will be emphasized through discussion of: Actual citation examples, Strategies for successfully managing the survey process & understanding the critical element pathways used to guide surveyor investigations, & implementing survey preparedness activities to prevent Admission Transfer and Discharge citations.
