When: September 28, 29, 30, 2022. (Trade Show day is September 29, 2022) Where: Kansas Star Event Center - Mulvane, KS Number of exhibiting companies: 90-100 Number of attendees expected: 300-325 attendees include but not limited to: primary decision makers, CEOs, CFOs, DONs, Board Members, Purchasing Managers. A pre-registered attendee list will be e-mailed two weeks prior to event and a final attendee list will be e-mailed within one week after convention. (Numbers may change due to COVID Restrictions)
Vendor Move In: Wednesday, September 28th 1:30PM – 5:00PM. THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. The trade show will share a space with the opening general session in the arena on Thursday morning. This is why all booths MUST be setup the evening of the 28th.
Wednesday evening hospitality event: Wednesday, September 28th 6PM- 8PM Location TBD All vendors and attendees are welcome to join us for networking, hors d’voeuvres and drinks.
Trade Show Hours: Thursday, September 29th 10:40AM – 1:30PM.
Please be respectful during the opening general session and sidebar any conversations until the session is over. Attendees will move from the opening general session straight to the trade show. There will not be any competing time with the trade show hours. Lunch will be provided.
Vendor Kit: Your booth is a 10’X10’ booth. It will have a 6’ draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. If you would like additional items in your booth (such as carpet), a rental form can be found here. Freight Form Booth Install and Dismantle Labor Form

Education Offerings: The two representatives attending the Trade Show are welcome to attend ALL EDUCATION offerings free of charge! I only need to know if you plan on attending if you need CEs.
Safety Protocols: KHCA/KCAL appreciates all that have chosen to vaccinate. Due to constant changing circumstances with COVID-19 these safety protocols will be updated closer to the date of convention. Visitors and attendees at in-person training and/or meetings should acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 infection and that KHCA/KCAL cannot prevent and is not responsible for such risk of infection to any person who chooses to attend in-person training and/or meetings. KHCA/KCAL requests that anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed to a COVID-positive individual to stay home to avoid the risk of infection togethers.
